The shows are aired o TV2 a few days after the recording on the venue.
As we can see in the list of performers -->here, Alexander has been a guest performer almost in each year from 2009 till today (except for 2012 and 2015),
He had many solo and duet performances in the show, which you can find in this playlist, as well as the full shows when he was a co-host.

Az Allsang på Grensen a norvég TV2 szabadtéri élő TV-műsora, amelyet 2007-től rendeznek a svéd-norvég határon lévő Halden városában, a Fredriksten erőd körül - a cím is innen jön: "Közös éneklés a határon".

At his first visit in the programme something unexpected happened, here is an article about it in the magazin Se&Hør:

Lightning struck at the border

Crashed to the ground just meters from Carola and Alexander Rybak.

Halden/Oslo:
It was dramatic during the rehearsals ahead of the recording of the TV2's big programme "Allsang på Grensen" on Wednesday afternoon.

While Alexander Rybak (23) and Carola Häggqvist (42) were singing the duet they were supposed to perform during the broadcast on Thursday, natural forces suddenly struck.
The two Scandinavian superstars were in the middle of Michael Jackson's song "I'll Be There" - which they perform as a tribute to the deceased pop legend - when they were abruptly stopped by lightning struck near the stage.
- It hit just five meters from us, says Seher.no-reporter Bjørn Ekker.

The reaction of the artists, who were about 25 meters from the spot where lightning struck into the ground, was immediate, and the scene was emptied of people in seconds.
The rehearsals have been stopped until further notice.
- The scene was evacuated immediately and as I heard, it was on a pile behind the stage where the lightning struck. Obviously this is perceived as dramatic, but now it seems the thunder clouds are moving away, TV2's press officer Alex Iversen told Seher.no.

Iversen himself stood close by, admitting that it was a rather daunting experience.
- They were just as if the air was electric. I laughed, says the experienced media man.
- What if this had happened during the broadcast?
- That's a good question. Of course, this is not live. The lucky ones had probably got Carole in the lap, replies Iversen humorously.

And in two years, in 2011 and 2014 Alexander also did a great job as a co-host.
Here is an interview with him where he tells about this role for the first time in 2011 - with English and Russian subtitles.
