"HAPPY 8. OF MARCH!! I know two girls, they're friends. One is Norwegian, the other's Russian. The girl in Norway celebrates by protesting on the street for women rights. The Russian girl celebrates by dressing up as a princess for her boyfriend, who gives her flowers. As you can imagine, the Norwegian girl is quite mad at the Russian one. 😂Which makes me quite sad, because I want all women to be friends. After all, you're the best creatures on earth, and you deserve cake. ❤"

And here a very funny interview in a Russian TV-show where his was invited on the occasion Woman's Day in the same year - in Russian:

"HAPPY 8th OF MARCH, GIRLS!  I say girls, not ladies. Because no matter what age you are, no matter if you're a mother or grandmother, you still seem to always have fun. And that's why you will always remain girls to me. 😉
Today is an important day, and yet we celebrate it so differently in different countries:
On this day, in Norway women hold speeches about women rights in undeveloped countries, which is great. In Russia women of all ages dress more sexy than ever for their man, who in turn shower them with gifts. That's also great. I guess there is no wrong way of celebrating women's day, because all women are always right. We just seem to forget that sometimes. 😊
Fun fact: In Moscow there was this couple who wanted to rent a hotel for 8th March, to have some fun. And the girl bought this house maidens outfit for the night. Now THAT would never work in Norway.
Myself, I'm celebrating 8th of March by putting on a dress for the first (and probably last) time in my life, to honor you ladies. 😉
With the greatest love for all women. Alex"

In 2015, Alexander took part in the Russian TV-show Один в один (Your Face Sounds Familiarand in one of the episodes he accompanied on violin Mark Tishman (one of the contestants) and Hibla Gerzmava (member of the jury) in their performance in honor of International Women’s Day. They performed a beautiful song from the French musical film “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg” by Michel Legrand.

GRATULERER MED DAGEN! ПОЗДРАВЛЯЮ С 8 МАРТОМ!
"Dear ladies! I find it difficult to say something clever about this day. Because I really want to salute you every day, not only in the beginning of March.
I could go on all day long about what you mean to me. I want to mention your sense of what is right and wrong, the way you always find the right words for the right situation, so that everybody feels good around you. Or the way you can forgive your most bitchy friend, because you know that she is a part of your identity.
Actually, that´s what I admire the most: Your abilities to forgive. I know that each and every one of you have the strength to take on the world all by yourself, but instead you take that strength and use it to communicate with people around you. To inspire them, to help them.
And while we men try to exaggerate everything we´ve done, women almost hide their achievemnts, to make us feel better.
Example:
Boy: -You can feel safe with me. I´ve been to almost EVERY country. I´ve visited them ALL..😁

Girl: -Oh, that´s impressive. I haven´t travelled that much yet.
But in reality, the girl has been to many more countries         than the boy, she just doesn´t want the boy to feel small.
Another example is the rule of three: If a girl says she´s been asked to the prom by a guy, it usually means three (at least). If a guy says he´s dated 3 girls, it probably means 1 (if he´s lucky).
Men feel the need to brag about everything. Women don´t. And that´s because you care much more for INNER SUCCESS. People don´t need to know about your achievements, it´s enough that you do. It´s your little secret, but it´s a powerful one.
And the best part is, we can see it in your eyes. We don´t know what it is, but we know you´ve worked hard and smart for it. And we respect you and admire you for that.
But today is not about all that. We don´t celebrate how good you treat us men. We celebrate how you treat EACH OTHER!
Yes, you can be bitchy with each other, talk behind each others back, and once in a while put up a slightly arousing cat fight. But deep inside you´re all SISTERS!
Women with power help women with less power, and that´s something all men need to learn from you. Eventually. And the past 100 years has been especially important for us all, with legendary women fighting for something we now see as common sense, but was unheard of only some decades ago.
Please don´t take for granted the situation we have today, please remember the great people helping the world to change for the better.
But most of all, please remember how much we love you.
And last but not least, a word of inspiration for us men:
While women are better than us in almost every aspect, BEING a man is still sooo much easier. 😉
Happy March 8!
Yours Alex"

2013

In this year, he sent a video to his fans in Russian - with English subtitles

And "Always a Woman to Me" once again, because  it's unique, as Alexander actually never plays the piano on concert.

The greetings in a compilation video:
